What Is a Charm Bar?
A charm bar is exactly what it sounds like: a bar stocked with charms. You start with a bracelet base, then work your way down a tray of hand-picked charms, choosing the ones that tell your story. The selection rotates regularly, so there's always something new to dig through. We attach everything on the spot while you watch, and you walk away wearing a piece nobody else has.
It's the most personal kind of jewelry there is, because you designed it. No two bracelets that leave our bar are alike.
How It Works
- Pick your base, a bracelet or necklace chain you love.
- Choose your charms from the tray, whether that's one statement piece or a whole cluster.
- We build it on the spot. Our team attaches each charm right in front of you, and you leave wearing it.
The whole thing takes about ten relaxed minutes, longer if you bring a friend and turn charm-picking into a debate. We fully encourage that!
Charm Bar Pricing
Simple and stackable:
- Charm bracelet base: $7
- Charm necklace base: $14
- One charm: $7
- Three charms: $18
- Five charms: $25
- Seven charms: $30
So a bracelet with three charms runs $25 all in. Group and event pricing is quoted custom; start at the Inquiries page.
In the Shop or at Your Event
During the school year, the charm bar is open whenever we are, at our store in Uptown Oxford a short walk from the Miami University campus. No appointment needed; come browse the tray during open hours and we'll build your bracelet right there. (The shop closes over summer break and reopens August 22.)
The charm bar travels, too. We pack the whole setup and bring it to sorority and sisterhood events, bachelorette parties, birthdays, campus org socials, and private parties anywhere in Ohio, any time of year. Most of our event hosts book the charm bar alongside our permanent jewelry station: guests get a custom chain welded on, then add a charm to make it completely theirs. Together they turn any gathering into a full jewelry experience, and the bracelets become the favor everyone actually keeps.
