Sorority & Sisterhood Event Ideas

Permanent jewelry bars, charm bars, vintage pop-ups, and spoon ring stations — sisterhood events your chapter will actually talk about. Based next to Miami University in Oxford, traveling to campuses across Ohio.

Permanent Jewelry: The Sisterhood Event Your Chapter Will Actually Remember

A permanent jewelry sorority event is the modern friendship bracelet: each sister picks a chain, gets sized, and has it welded on in a quick, painless spark. Matching bracelets across a pledge class or a big-little pair turn into the kind of keepsake people still wear at alumnae weekends.

It works because it's both an activity and a memory. The line at the welding table becomes the social hour, and everyone leaves wearing the same moment. Group pricing scales with headcount — the bigger the chapter turnout, the lower the per-member price, with our largest groups getting deep discounts. Run your numbers on the calculator on our Book an Event page.

Charm Bar Sorority Events

Our charm bar turns any sisterhood night into a build-your-own-bracelet station. Sisters pick a base chain and stack on charms — initials, hearts, zodiac signs, and Greek-life favorites — and we assemble each piece on the spot. Pair it with the permanent jewelry station and every guest gets a welded chain plus a charm that makes it hers.

Vintage Pop-Up Shopping Nights

We roll curated racks of vintage clothing into your chapter house for a private shopping night — game-day fits, throwback tees, and one-of-a-kind pieces, all hand-picked. It's a sisterhood event and a wardrobe refresh in one, and group pricing means the per-person cost drops as your headcount grows.

Spoon Ring Bar

For something most chapters have never seen: handcrafted rings made from reclaimed vintage silverware, sized and finished at your event. We've already run a spoon ring bar with Chi Omega, and it makes for memorable big-little gifts and senior send-off keepsakes.

When Chapters Book Us

  • Bid Day — matching welds for a whole new member class.
  • Big-Little reveal — pairs of bracelets beat another basket of canvas paintings.
  • Sisterhood retreats and bonding nights — an activity that isn't a trust fall.
  • Formal and date-party prep — charm bar and vintage racks before the big night.
  • Parents' and family weekends — moms love a mother-daughter weld.
  • Senior send-offs — a keepsake that graduates with them.
  • Philanthropy events — a jewelry station that draws a crowd to your fundraiser.

How Booking Works

We're based in Uptown Oxford, a few blocks from Miami University — sorority events at Miami are our home turf, and we travel to chapters across Ohio, including Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland-area campuses — with no travel fees.

Send us your date, chapter size, and which stations you want through the Inquiries page. We'll reply with a custom quote, you lock the date with a deposit, and on event day we show up, set up, and run the whole thing. We bring everything — tables, chairs, even our own power — so your house doesn't need to provide a thing.

Sorority Event FAQ

How much does a permanent jewelry sorority event cost?
It scales with your group. Per-member pricing drops as headcount grows — our biggest chapter events cut the regular price roughly in half. Use the group calculator on our Book an Event page to estimate your exact numbers, then send an inquiry for a formal quote.
How long does a sisterhood event take?
Each weld takes only a few minutes, and we staff up based on your headcount so the line keeps moving. A typical chapter event runs one to three hours — tell us your window and we'll plan around it.
Can you set up at our chapter house?
Yes — and we're fully self-contained: we bring our own tables, chairs, tent, and battery power, so the house doesn't need to provide anything. We can also set up at a venue, on campus, or outdoors.
Do you travel to campuses outside Miami University?
We do. We're closest to Miami in Oxford, and we regularly travel to chapters in Columbus, Cincinnati, and the Cleveland area. If your campus is in Ohio, send an inquiry — odds are we can get there.
How far ahead should we book?
More notice is always better — especially for Bid Day and family weekends, where the date is fixed — but don't let a close date stop you. Ask, and we'll tell you right away whether we can make it work.
