Who We're Looking For
We hire students who take initiative, communicate well, and genuinely care about the work. All positions are flexible around your class schedule and offer hands-on experience in retail, events, and marketing at a real student-run business.
Sales Associate
2026–27Sales Associates are the face of the shop. You'll help customers find what they love, keep the floor running, and bring energy to every event we do, from in-store shifts to pop-ups and permanent jewelry events.

Event Planner
2026–27Event Planners are the engine behind every booking. You'll reach out to sororities and campus organizations, coordinate logistics, and make sure every event runs without a hitch. If you're organized, a natural communicator, and well-connected on campus, this role is for you.
- Book and coordinate events with Greek life & orgs
- Manage client communications and scheduling
- Real experience in event logistics & outreach
- Commission-eligible on events you book
Student Ambassador
Artist · Influencer · Sorority RepStudent Ambassadors represent The CA Shop in their corners of campus. Whether you're a creator with a following, a student artist looking for a platform, or a sorority member who can connect us to your chapter, we have a track for you.
- Student artists sell work through our platform
- Student influencers promote us on Instagram & TikTok
- Sorority ambassadors connect us to their chapters for events
- Perks, product discounts, and commission available
